Pack vehicles before leaving an off-island area.
A vehicle reduced to its green inventory box is safe on the home island, but a vehicle left behind when returning from the Mine or another off-island destination can be lost.
Transport note: Vehicle Licence Level 1 covers water vehicles, Level 2 land vehicles and Level 3 flying vehicles. Franklyn commissions arrive in the mailbox the next morning after payment and materials are supplied.
